Policy and Procedures

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed the following business day.

If your order is undeliverable for any reason, due to a wrong address, suite, or apartment number, re-shipping charges will be applied to re-ship your order. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid, or incomplete information, order processing time may be delayed and we will contact you via email or by phone.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact friendsxfoes2@gmail.com within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation. 

Returns/Refunds

Once your order has been completed there will beNO RETURNS OREXCHANGES to an order. *If you request to change anything on a completed order, your order will be immediately canceled.*

Cancellations

We will accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. If an order or individual item is canceled please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your method of payment.
